What does this Policy Cover?
 
This policy covers how Barrel Hub, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (“Barrel Hub”) treats information and data that Barrel Hub collects and receives about, from, or in connection with you (collectively, “Information”), including, without limitation, all information and content transmitted through your use of the Platform and including personal information. Personal information is information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, email address, or phone number, and that is not otherwise publicly available.  The “Platform” is the website located at www.barrel-hub.com as well as any other website or application related, linked, or connect to such website.  
 
Your agreement to the terms described in this policy is established by your use of the Platform.  If you do not want to agree to the terms described in this policy, do not use the Platform. 
 
This policy does not apply to the practices of entities that Barrel Hub does not own or control or to people that Barrel Hub does not employ or manage.

What Information does Barrel Hub collect?  
 
Barrel Hub collects Information when you create a user account with Barrel Hub (including information such as your name, phone number, email address, and street address) and when you use or access the Platform. Barrel Hub collects information about your transactions with Barrel Hub and with third parties engaged by Barrel Hub to provide data center, hosting, infrastructure or other services, equipment, or software (“Third Parties”) and information about your use of the Platform.  Barrel Hub automatically receives and records information from your computer and browser when you access the Platform, including your IP Address, information from cookies, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.  IP Addresses can be used to identify the location of the computer or other device from which you are accessing services.  Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer by websites and services that you visit or access. Barrel Hub uses cookies to make its websites and services work and function with greater efficiency, and to provide information about Barrel Hub’s users’ experience during use of, or interaction with, the Platform. Some cookies last only for the duration of your web session and expire when you exit your browser; other cookies may last for longer than your web session, including after you exit your browser, for example by remembering you when you return to the Barrel Hub website.
 
Barrel Hub may combine Information that it obtains from you or from your use of the Platform with information it obtains about other persons or entities (“Aggregated Information”).
 
How does Barrel Hub use Information? 
 
Barrel Hub uses Information and Aggregated Information for the following general purposes: to support, facilitate, and complete transactions between users of the Platform and Barrel Hub, to improve or modify the Platform (including the modification of the transaction structure for transactions that may be completed using the Platform), to contact you, to conduct research, to provide anonymous reporting to current and potential affiliates, lenders, and investors, and to comply with applicable laws.  
 
Barrel Hub does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or entities, except when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:
 
·       Barrel Hub may share personal information when necessary to support, facilitate, and complete transactions between users of the Platform and Barrel Hub.
 
·       Barrel Hub may share Information and Aggregated Information in reports that are not anonymized with current and potential affiliates, lenders, and investors that have obligations to keep such information confidential.  
 
·       Barrel Hub may share Information and Aggregated Information to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or legal process, or to establish or exercise its legal rights or defend against legal claims.
 
·       Barrel Hub may share Information and Aggregated Information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of Barrel Hub's terms of use or any agreement between Barrel Hub and any person or entity, or as otherwise required by law.
 
·       Barrel Hub will transfer Information and Aggregated Information if Barrel Hub is acquired by or merged with another company.
 
·       Barrel Hub may share Information and Aggregated Information with Third Parties that provide services, equipment, or software for the Platform. 
 
Your Information may be transferred to countries other than your own to process and store data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.  Some of these countries may not have the same data protection safeguards as the country where you reside. By using the Platform, you consent to Barrel Hub transferring your data to these countries. Barrel Hub is committed to ensuring your information is protected and applies safeguards in accordance with applicable law.

Barrel Hub may update or replace this policy. We welcome your periodic review of the Privacy Policy and you can find a link to our most current Privacy Policy on the homepage of www.barrel-hub.com. Barrel Hub will notify you about significant changes in the way it treats personal information by sending a notice to the primary email address specified in your user account (if you have a user account) or by placing a notice on Barrel Hub’s website.
